The biggest lesson wasn't grit - it was getting the right people into the right seats. I stopped trying to be great at everything and built a team of leader. Blake started as our first apprentice and is now our COO. Alyssa, with me since the beginning, is our Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Education. They're my partners now - and that's when everything multiplied.
