These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at leamanbusinessdevelopment.com (the "Site"), the ApprenticePro platform and mobile application (the "App"), and related products, courses, coaching, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Leaman Business Development, LLC ("Leaman Business Development," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

1. Eligibility and Accounts

 

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

 

2. The Services

 

Leaman Business Development provides business and leadership development resources, training courses, coaching and consulting, and the ApprenticePro training, onboarding, and retention platform for salon businesses. We may add to, change, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.

 

3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

 

Certain Services, including ApprenticePro, are offered on a paid and/or subscription basis. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan terms. Except as required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice as permitted by law.

 

4. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; copy, distribute, or resell content without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts; upload malicious code; or infringe the rights of others.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

The Services and all related content — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, software, and the ApprenticePro platform — are owned by or licensed to Leaman Business Development and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

 

6. User Content

 

If you submit content through the Services, you retain ownership of it but grant us a license to use it as needed to operate and provide the Services. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to it.

 

7. Third-Party Services

 

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

 

8. Disclaimers

 

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular business results will be achieved.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaman Business Development and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

 

10. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leaman Business Development from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

 

11. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
